By scheduling a Visit, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment for all services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed by the Service Provider.

We currently accept payment via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Direct Debit
  • Cash

Where payment is made in cash, the full amount must be paid to the Cleaner immediately upon arrival before any cleaning work begins.

If a Direct Debit payment fails or remains unpaid more than 3 working days after the Visit date:

  • Interest may be charged at a rate of 10% per month, compounded monthly
  • Future bookings may be refused until the outstanding balance has been cleared

3. Cleaner Responsibilities and Liability

The Cleaner is responsible only for carrying out agreed cleaning duties during the Visit.

The Cleaner is not responsible for:

  • Damage to cleaning equipment resulting from normal use or wear and tear
  • Interruptions to calls, meetings, recordings, or other activities caused by cleaning noise or movement
  • Carrying out non-cleaning duties such as receiving parcels, supervising children, feeding pets, or dealing with third parties

The Cleaner reserves the right to refuse tasks considered unsafe, unreasonable, or outside the agreed scope of work.

4. Service Provider Liability

If the required fee has been paid, the Service Provider will supply cleaning materials (equipment not included).

Unless otherwise agreed, Customers are required to provide:

  • A working vacuum cleaner
  • Mop and bucket

The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • Damage to equipment caused through ordinary use
  • Interruptions to Customer activities during cleaning visits
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control

Where accidental property damage is directly caused by the Cleaner during a Visit, the matter may be covered under the Service Provider’s insurance policy, subject to insurer approval and any applicable excess fee.

5. Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to provide suitable conditions for the Cleaner to complete the Visit safely and efficiently.

This includes:

  • Access to hot water, electricity, lighting, and heating where required
  • Safe working conditions
  • Clear access to all agreed cleaning areas
  • Timely entry to the property upon the Cleaner’s arrival

Failure to provide suitable conditions may affect cleaning quality, and neither the Cleaner nor the Service Provider will be held responsible for reduced results.

The Customer must not:

  • Request unsafe tasks
  • Place the Cleaner in dangerous situations
  • Behave aggressively or disrespectfully toward the Cleaner

If access to the property is not provided at the agreed time, the Visit may still be charged in full.

If the Cleaner is delayed from leaving the property by more than 15 minutes due to Customer-related reasons, an additional charge of £30 including VAT may apply for every started hour.

Cleaning services may involve noise. Customers should notify the Cleaner in advance about important calls or meetings taking place during the Visit. Cleaning time will not be extended to compensate for interruptions caused by undisclosed scheduling conflicts.

6. Pets and Animals

Customers must notify the Service Provider before the Visit if pets or animals are present at the property.

Failure to disclose pets or animals may result in cancellation of the Visit without refund.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that:

  • Pets do not interfere with cleaning activities
  • The Cleaner can work safely within the property
  • Animals are properly controlled where necessary

The Customer accepts responsibility for:

  • Injuries caused to the Cleaner by pets or animals
  • Damage to the Cleaner’s belongings caused by pets or animals
  • Accidents resulting from animals obstructing the Cleaner during the Visit

The Cleaner is not required to clean pet litter, animal waste, or hazardous pet-related mess unless agreed in advance.

Neither the Cleaner nor the Service Provider is responsible for accidental injuries to pets arising during normal cleaning activity.
